Napoli vs Bologna Prediction

Napoli don’t really have room to relax despite the title race slipping away. The Champions League spots are still on the line and Conte knows exactly how important these final games are.

At home, Napoli have been one of the strongest teams in Italy all season. Only one loss in 17 league games at the Diego Armando Maradona tells the story. They’ve been organised, disciplined and very difficult to break down there.

Bologna on the other hand look like a team running out of energy. Since the Europa League exit to Aston Villa, their season has completely slowed down. Just one point from the last three games and even worse — they haven’t scored in their last four matches.

That’s a massive concern going into Naples.

The last few meetings between these sides have also been tight and low-scoring. Five of the last six meetings stayed under 2.5 goals, and Napoli already beat Bologna 2-0 earlier this season in the Supercoppa final.

This feels like another controlled Napoli performance rather than a crazy open game. Bologna are struggling badly in attack right now and Napoli rarely give much away at home.
